Paint and Wood Project

The Association has chosen Pilot Painting for the wood and paint project. Please see the attached notices you will find at your door when it is time for your building’s wood and later on paint. These guidelines will help protect your items and your home, follow them closely and follow any instructions given by the laborers. If your patio cover is not strong enough to be walked on, it will need to be removed so that the vendors can access the walls and fascia for painting.
