New Assessment Amount/Recurring E-Check

As a reminder, January 1, 2023 started our new fiscal year. Association Assessments increased to $260.00 per month. Please ensure that you pay the new amount going forward and that you change any bill pays with your bank. Homeowners that were using recurring E-checks should have received many notices to switch to the new Paylease e-check system, other wise your recurring e-check has been disconnected.
